I’ve lost a part of my stroller / I need to order a spare part

We’re not able to offer everything as a spare part, but we’re always happy to look and see what options are available. If you need a spare part, please email us with:

  • The serial number on your chassis, including the letters (you can find instructions on how to find this for each model in our FAQs)
  • Model, color (as it’s listed on our website), and version of your Joolz
  • Picture and explanation of which part(s) you need
