When is the warranty not applicable?

No warranty will be granted if: – The product is returned without purchase receipt or; – A defect or damage has occurred by fault, misuse by customer or as a consequence of altering the product by customer or; – Fading or forming of circles by washing, rainwater or sunshine or; – Normal and to be expected wear of the materials because of normal daily use of the stroller or; – Defects or damage has occurred because of use of footboards. The 24-month warranty period is only valid for the original purchaser. Warranty is not transferable. The retailer cannot assist you without the receipt or proof of purchase. Did you receive your Joolz as a gift? Please be sure to ask for the receipt, as we cannot provide service without proof of purchase.
